Classes are ideal if you learn better face-to-face and in groups. You can communicate with other moms (or moms-to-be) and share experiences, as well as fears and solutions to them! HypnoBirthing vs. Hypnobabies
If you have done some research on the subject, you will notice “HypnoBabies” is occasionally mentioned. This may seem like just another name for HypnoBirthing, but it’s not! While The Mongan Method is more about staying calm and relaxed, Hypnobabies is more about “mind over matter.”
With Hypnobabies you are taught a method of “if I believe it will be painless, it will be painless.” It also involves a lot of visualization. One example is picturing your body and sending positive waves through it. Hypnobabies t is definitely not as popular as HypnoBirthing, yet several reviews say that it worked for them!
